The Balsam Hill Flip Tree is an expertly designed tree that’s easy to move, assemble, and store. Inventor Bruce Schooley created the “flip” concept to address the size and weight of artificial Christmas trees with heavier, more lifelike branches. Its patented structure streamlines tree parts and eliminates heavy lifting.

How Does the Balsam Hill Flip Tree Work?

A Flip Tree has two main parts: the base and the treetop. It’s an easy set-up Christmas tree that flips into display position in seconds. It also includes a rolling metal stand for hassle-free transportation from room to room. The wheels feature 360-degree rotation for smooth steering and locking pedals for stability.

Is the Balsam Hill Flip Tree Worth It?

Flip Trees are among Balsam Hill’s Best-Selling Christmas Trees and they’re worth it because you’re investing in a premium tree that will last for many seasons. How Do You Flip a Balsam Hill Flip Tree?

To secure the stand, start by locking the wheels. Next, press down the foot pedal until you hear a click, indicating that the tree base is securely locked. Finally, grab the trunk with both hands and gently pull it towards you, making sure that the tree is standing upright and stable.

How Much Does a Balsam Hill Flip Tree Cost?

Balsam Hill Flip Trees range in price from $1,399 to $4,399. This depends on the size, shape, realism, and lighting options. How Does a Folding Christmas Tree Differ From a Flip Christmas Tree?

A foldable Christmas tree has branches that fold up against its central trunk for streamlined storage and typically requires manual adjustment during setup. Balsam Hill’s Flip Tree consists of two main sections, with the tree base flipping into place, simplifying the setup process. While both designs aim to ease setup and storage, they differ in their mechanisms, with the Flip Tree focusing on reducing assembly steps and the folding tree emphasizing compact storage.

How Does the Setup Process of Balsam Hill’s Flip Tree Compare to Christmas Trees With Automatic Setup?

Balsam Hill’s Flip Tree simplifies setup by allowing users to manually flip the tree into place with two main sections. In contrast, an automatic Christmas tree may use motors to deploy branches or lights without manual intervention. While the Flip Tree emphasizes easy assembly, automatic trees offer a more hands-free approach.

How Does a Retractable Christmas Tree Compare to a Flip Tree?

Much like a telescope, a retractable Christmas tree is designed to expand and retract, making setup and storage more streamlined. Balsam Hill’s Flip Tree consists of two main sections, with the tree base flipping into place for setup. While both offer convenience, the retractable tree emphasizes a seamless transition between storage and full display, while the Flip Tree focuses on easy assembly with fewer steps.

Is It Easier To Set up a Collapsible Christmas Tree or a Balsam Hill Flip Tree?

Both tree designs are crafted for user convenience but address different pain points. The Balsam Hill Flip Tree is designed to reduce the number of assembly steps, making the setup process faster and more straightforward. Users simply flip the main tree section into place. With their vertical compression mechanism, collapsible trees might require more fluffing and arranging of branches after setup, but they offer the advantage of a swift breakdown and compact storage.

What Is the Easiest Christmas Tree To Set Up?

Several Christmas trees are designed for easy setup, including Balsam Hill’s Flip Tree, which simplifies assembly with its flipping mechanism, retractable trees that expand and retract for quick setup, hinged branch trees with foldable branches, and pop-up Christmas trees that spring into shape. Pre-lit trees with attached lights further ease the setup process by eliminating the need to string lights. The ideal choice depends on individual preferences, space, and budget.
