What if the item I want is out of stock or "coming soon"?
If the Balsam Hill product you’re interested in says “Coming Soon,” stock will arrive for the product within 3 weeks. Please click the “Notify Me” button on the product page to receive email notification of when the item is back in stock.
If the Balsam Hill product you’re interested in says “Sold Out,” we do not anticipate receiving stock in the near future.
If you have already placed an order for an item and it goes out of stock, Balsam Hill will notify you and promptly issue a full refund.
Do you offer personalization?
We currently offer personalization on a variety of stockings and tree skirts. Look for the "Personalize" option on the product page and click to personalize your item before adding it to your cart. Please note, we are unable to cancel, return, or exchange personalized items.
Are your products safe for children and pets?
We do our best to communicate the components of our products on every product description page. Like most household products, the materials and pieces we use are not suitable for consumption. Some of our products may contain latex, which can cause allergic reactions and should be handled with caution by those with known sensitivities. Please keep fragile or delicate products away from children and pets.
Do you have replacement parts available?
Each Balsam Hill™ artificial Christmas tree comes with an assortment of replacement parts, including light bulbs for pre-lit trees, for easy completion of most troubleshooting.
We also have replacement parts available for purchase if you are out of warranty and need additional replacement parts, and a light bulb guide to help you identify what bulbs you may need. If you are still under warranty and need replacement parts or troubleshooting assistance, please contact us via phone at 888-55-BALSAM.
What should I do if I have misplaced my assembly instructions?
Instructions for select trees may be found here. If the instructions for your product are not listed, or if you have any further lighting questions, please visit our troubleshooting page or contact us for assistance.
Where can I donate my used Balsam Hill items?
