More about Silverado
The care and dedication put into Silverado's process stems from the family patriarch, Jerzy Jaroszynki, who opened a glass workshop in Poland in 1959. Almost 50 years later, Silverado was born through Jerzy's daughters and sons-in-law continuing the family craft. Each ornament produced by Silverado is made in the enchanting "Old World" style, by blowing glass ornaments into a metal mold, then coating the inside with silver. The ornaments are then carefully hand-painted and decorated with layers of detail, often taking days to complete.

Warranty
Artificial Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food
Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and notify us of any damage.
