What will happen to my existing balsamhill.com account?

Due to privacy regulations—we take your privacy seriously—your order history and saved items from balsamhill.com will not transfer to the new site but your existing account on our US site will not be deleted.

You will need to create a separate account for balsamhill.ca (but you may use your same email address and password, if you’d like).

Can I still shop on balsamhill.com if I'm located in Canada?

You can continue shopping on balsamhill.com before our new site launches. However, once balsamhill.ca is live, we will no longer offer cross-border shipping from the US site. If you have favourites in your cart, make sure to check out soon to secure your items!
