Natural Characteristics
The BH Nordmann Fir pays tribute to the famed Abies nordmanniana with its waxy dark green needles and sloping branches. Crafted from fresh cuttings of live trees, this tree's needles are slightly curved to highlight the silvery undersides of the foliage.

Warranty
Artificial Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food
Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and notify us of any damage.
