The recommended tree collar diameters are estimates based on our tree dimensions. For the best fit, measure the diameter of your tree base, whether it's the included stand or a rolling stand, and add 2.5".
- 6–6.5 ft
- Tree bases between 12–26": 22–28" collar
- 7–9 ft
- Tree bases between 16–33": 22–34" collar
- 10–14 ft
- Tree bases between 28–49.5": 31–52" collar

Warranty
Artificial Christmas Trees
Non-clearance trees are covered by a 3-year limited warranty. Clearance trees have a 60-day limited warranty. The warranty for all trees covers:
- Quality of tree frame, foliage, hinges, and stand
- Repair or replacement of factory-installed lights (excluding burned-out bulbs)
Any repair or replacement of defects in those parts are covered by the warranty within the specified time frame.
Wreaths, Greenery & Décor
Products other than trees are covered by our 30-day premium guarantee. Please inspect your product upon delivery and notify us within 30 days if there is any damage or defects. Our team is ready to provide a quick resolution.
Greenery (Fresh, Dried, and Preserved) and Food
Because of their perishable nature, food items and fresh/dried/preserved greenery are not guaranteed. Check your order within 3 days of receiving it and notify us of any damage.
