Are Balsam Hill Pre-lit Trees LED Only, or Do They Offer Incandescent Options?
Balsam Hill offers both. For pre-lit trees with incandescent lights, we use commercial-grade filaments and glass casings, with patented technology that keeps the rest of the lights lit even if one bulb is broken or loose.
Do Balsam Hill Pre-lit Trees Have Replaceable Bulbs, or Are the LEDs Sealed?
It depends on the light type. Our Clear LED, Multicolor LED, and Color + Clear® LED lights, along with our Clear Incandescent lights, can be replaced at the individual bulb and strand level, using the bulb remover tool and extra bulbs included with your tree. Our more specialized lights are designed as integrated systems that can't be replaced at the bulb level, including Fairy LED, Micro LED, Ultrabright LED, Fiber Optic Light Show, and Twinkly® Light Show. Either way, all our pre-lit trees feature premium commercial-grade lights, so if one bulb burns out or is removed, the rest stay lit.
