WHAT FORMS OF PAYMENT ARE ACCEPTED?

During the checkout process, you may choose any of the following payment options:

WHEN WILL MY RETURN CREDIT APPEAR ON MY ACCOUNT?

Using our pre-paid return shipping labels guarantees that your order will be credited within 48 hours of being received back at our warehouse. If you prefer to use your own shipping method, please CONTACT US with your return tracking number and shipping company to expedite the process. We will issue a refund within 14 days of your order being received back at our warehouse.

Depending on bank processing times, most customers see the credit in their account within 3 business days of the credit being issued, but it can take up to 30 days after receipt of your return for the credit to appear on your financial statement.


WHAT IF I HAVE A QUESTION ON MY CHARGES?

If you are using a desktop computer, laptop computer, or tablet, click on ORDER HISTORY and log into your account when prompted. Once logged in, you will be able to review your orders and compare them to your financial records.

If you are using a mobile phone, click on VIEW THE DESKTOP SITE located at the bottom of the page. Then, log into your account to view your order history and compare your orders to your financial records.

CAN I GET A COPY OF MY RECEIPT/INVOICE?

Click MY ACCOUNT to view your order history and print your receipt. Please note that the “My Account” section of the site is only accessible on desktop and tablet devices. If you do not have a Balsam Hill account or require a formal invoice, please CONTACT US. Please be ready with your order number and email address so we can assist you as quickly as possible.


DO I HAVE TO PAY SALES TAX?

At present, we are required to charge sales tax when shipping items to addresses in California, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Missouri, and New Jersey.

Canadian customers are required to pay Canadian sales tax at the time when their purchases are imported into Canada. We will collect an amount from you at checkout which we will provide to your customs broker to remit on your behalf.


WHAT IF THE PRICE OF A PRODUCT I'VE PURCHASED IS REDUCED?

Balsam Hill will occasionally make adjustments to product prices. Our policy regarding price adjustments for customers is as follows:

For purchases made between February 1 at 12:00AM PST and December 21 at 11:59PM PST:

If the price of an item you purchased is reduced before December 21 at 11:59PM PST and within 14 days of your original purchase date, please CONTACT US and we will be happy to credit you for the difference between the price you paid (net of any promotions or coupons) and the current price. Please include your order number and your name in your email. Credits will be posted within 10 business days to the credit card originally used on your order. Once the transaction has been performed, an email will be sent to the address listed on your order.

For purchases made between December 22 at 12:00AM PST and January 31 at 11:59PM PST:

HOW DO I USE A COUPON?

Once you have added item(s) to your cart, you may apply any applicable coupon codes prior to final checkout. To do so, go to your shopping cart and select "Enter A Coupon Code." Then type the coupon code into the drop down box and select "Apply" to view your updated estimated total.
