WHAT KIND OF REPLACEMENT BULB DO I NEED?

Each Balsam Hill™ pre-lit artificial Christmas tree comes with replacement bulbs, so you can easily replace lightbulbs that naturally burn out over time. HOW DO I PLACE A WARRANTY CLAIM?

We stand by the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If your product appears to be defective or damaged, please contact us via phone or live chat so we can immediately remedy the issue or place a warranty claim (if eligible). Please note that we cannot service warranty over email.
