Balsam Hill’s™ Return Policy
Our goal is for you to love your new Balsam Hill™ tree, wreath, or garland as much as we do! If for any reason you are dissatisfied with your purchase, as long as we receive your returned order during the first 30 days after your purchase and prior to December 25, we will issue you a full refund of the purchase price of your item, less shipping charges. We cannot accept returns after December 25. Please note that we do not accept returns if the product is damaged due to improper care or use. Please email Customer Service for more information on returning an item, or call us at 888-55-BALSAM. Before we can accept your return we must provide you with a Return Number so that we may ensure we received and inspect your return to properly credit your account.
Please note that you are responsible for any return shipping charges. When applicable, shipping fees charged at time of purchase are not refundable. Returned items should be shipped to the following address (however you must first contact Customer Service before shipping the item):

Please note: A credit will be issued to your credit card within thirty (30) days once the returned product is received at our warehouse in Fresno, California, provided that the returned carton(s) are clearly marked with the Return Number issued by our Customer Service Department. A $50 fee per box will be deducted from your return if your shipment is sent to any other address and we are required to transport the cartons to Fresno, California.
