I made a mistake, can I cancel my order?
  Order Cancellation Policy

If you would like to cancel your order, you must notify us within 30 minutes of placing your order. To initiate the cancellation of your order, please call our Customer Service Department at 888-552-2572, and choose Option 1 or connect with a Live Chat agent.

To ensure you receive your merchandise as quickly as possible, our system is designed to process orders at frequent intervals throughout the day. Orders may begin to be processed 30 minutes after the order is received. Once an order has been processed and given to the warehouse for shipping, the order can no longer be altered.

If your order has already been processed, you may return your merchandise in accordance with our Return Policy, or exchange through our exchange policy. Both can be viewed here: http://www.balsamhill.com/returns.asp. Please note that if you choose to refuse any merchandise rather than follow our Return or Exchange Policies, you may be charged a $75 per box service fee.

Has my order shipped?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to check your orders status.  If your order is marked "Shipped," that means that the order has shipped but that we do not yet have the tracking number(s) for your order (this may take up to 48 hours).
