4. Back at our site, proceed to checkout.
5. Enter your new US address supplied by Bongo as both your BILLING
and SHIPPING Address.
6. Use the credit card that you have on file with Bongo as the payment
method... No Exceptions.
7. Choose your domestic shipping method, and Place Order.
8. Once completed, finish your verification process with Bongo.
9. Bongo will take over from here, so communicate directly with them for
delivery of your order.

When will my order ship and what are my shipping charges?
Shipping is automatically calculated prior to submitting your payment information. Simply add items to your cart and proceed to the Checkout page where you will be offered Shipping Method choices and their prices. We will ship your order shortly after we receive payment from you.

Voltage: It is extremely important to note that all of Balsam Hill's electrical products operate on the North American standard of 110 V AC power. Therefore, we recommend you consider purchasing an unlit tree, wreath, or garland to eliminate the possibility of accidentally damaging prelit products. Should you choose to purchase a prelit tree, wreath, or garland, please note it is your responsibility to find the appropriate voltage transformer to provide your Balsam Hill products with 110 V AC current. Please note that this is not a matter of finding an electrical adaptor so that your Balsam Hill products can plug into your local wall socket; you must also be sure that the current available is 110 V AC. For example, if your local current is 220V AC, you must find the appropriate step-down transformer to convert the power safely.
