The Ocala Spruce Pine is a longstanding holiday favorite for its beautiful foliage. Although technically a pine, the Pinus clausa bears some resemblance to a spruce and has been cultivated as a Christmas tree due to its spruce-like appearance and beautiful coloring.

Native to central Florida and protected in the Ocala National Forest, the Ocala Spruce Pine is one of our most popular styles.

If you are shopping for an unlit tree, the Ocala Spruce Pine's 2" needles and dense branch structure make this a perfect tree if you plan to add your own special lights and you would like to hide the light wires in the branch needles. (Of course, if you purchase a prelit tree you will not need to worry about unsightly light wires!)
