Information on the Balsam Hill® Rebate Offer

The Balsam Hill® $50 Rebate applies to all 6.5’ or taller trees. Trees on Clearance do NOT qualify for the rebate. Qualifying trees include:

Purchases must be made between November 19, 2008 and December 2, 2008. Trees sold on Clearance do NOT qualify for this rebate offer.

To claim the rebate on a qualifying tree, you must submit:

1. A fully completed and signed $50 Rebate Request Form. The document can be downloaded by clicking here.
2. A copy of your printed receipt containing your order number and customer number
3. The original white UPC sticker located on your box

All Rebate Claims must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and received by the Balsam Hill® fulfillment agency no later than 2 weeks after the postmarked date. Please send Rebate Claims materials to:
