Information on the Balsam Hill® Rebate Offer

The Balsam Hill® $100 Rebate applies to 6.5’ or taller trees in the Aspen Christmas, Vermont Signature, and Napa Christmas Collections. Trees on Clearance do NOT qualify for the rebate. Qualifying trees include:

Purchases must be made between October 7, 2009 and October 27, 2009. Trees sold on Clearance do NOT qualify for this rebate offer.

To claim the rebate on a qualifying tree, you must submit:

1. A fully completed and signed $100 Rebate Request Form. The document can be downloaded by clicking here.
2. A copy of your printed receipt containing your order number and customer number
3. The original white UPC sticker located on your box

All Rebate Claims must be postmarked within 30 days of purchase and received by the Balsam Hill® fulfillment agency no later than 2 weeks after the postmarked date. Please send Rebate Claims materials to:
