Due to allergies and sinus issues, we decided to do buy an artificial tree. The pinecones really made it look great!

I have been trying to get my wife to buy an artificial tree for a number of years, as she has been suffering from multiple sclerosis for about 8 years. The lighting alone takes so much of her energy that by the time the trimming was to be done, she had lost her energy and her enthusiasm. With this pre-lit tree, she was tickled that she could place the branch or tip where she wanted the ornament rather than the other way around. Your Pacific Palisades tree is really beautiful, and very hard to tell from a real tree.
